4 Mistakes People Make When Setting New Years Resolutions

Although I’m a big fan of fresh starts ANY day, New Year’s is a great time to do some BIG thinking for what goals you want to accomplish in the upcoming year. As I am getting ready to start a new group of ladies in the studio, and online for the #JanuaryJumpstart Challenge on 1/9, I thought I’d share some insights on mistakes I’ve seen over the years. I also give you some tools to help you along the way!
