What are the program dates?

THIS PROGRAM IS 12 WEEKS AND BEGINS ON MONDAY, AUGUST 15TH AND RUNS THROUGH NOVEMBER 8TH

On Sunday, August 14th, you will receive your log in details via email, for the online portal, where you can access the workouts for the week, meal plan assignments and access to the Facebook group! You will receive all weekly educational emails on Mondays from then on.
