Hotel cafeteria lunch of a chicken salad and side of steamed veggies. No dressing for me because that typically defeats the purpose of eating salad. I added vinegar and these very handy lemon packets with a dash of pepper.
Not the most exciting meal but it did the job and I felt great all day. Had I indulged in the typical theme park food I’d feel miserable and not able to keep up with my kiddos.
For those of you just tuning in…I’m here in Florida for my daughters cheer comp and although I’m having a great time, food has been a challenge. Not because I “can’t” have certain things, but because the food here is so processed and unhealthy at the resort we are staying at (Disney’s All Star Resorts).
