Breakfast at hotel resort. Egg white omelette with veggies (NO cheese), fruit and my own oatmeal with a corner of a banana (all that my son would share with me:) and a drizzle of sugar free syrup.
I typically bring at least 1 Tupperware container and always my own stevia when traveling. I packed my pre measured dry oats in a ziploc sandwich bag already mixed with cinnamon and stevia. Just added water and scouted out a microwave and it was perfect. I typically don’t trust hotel oatmeal unless I have no choice. It just looks…depressing.
Off to ESPN Zone to watch my daughter knock em dead with her crazy cheer facials.
Enjoy your weekend and don’t let slip ups drag you off course. If you typically go out and drink a lot on the weekends, now is the time to create new habits around that. Limit your time with people who bring you down, and surround yourself with winners in life.
