Since my online coaching is an implementation program (you gotta do the work), you WILL be lifting weights. No, you won’t get bulky! Not only do I make it dead simple, but I take nothing for granted and I really go step-by-step to make sure your know exactly what to do in the gym.
If you’ve tried it all before, have been frustrated and gave up after a few weeks because you didn’t see results, then you probably already know that you need someone to be accountable to and a program designed specifically for you.

**For this round of coaching, if you are interested in the competition training, the team will take the stage for an NPC Bikini or Figure competition on Saturday, October 15th 2016 in San Francisco.
This commitment must be as important and serious for you as it is for me.
I take this role of coach very personally and I get emotionally involved in the process with each and every one of my girls on the team. So, with that being said, I deliver impeccable coaching to each and every one of them throughout this process.
Your success, regardless of your goals or current fitness level, is my goal. This group is for clients who want an elite level of training that is customized to their level of advancement. This in depth coaching program not only provides the blueprint for your goals, but the education you need to succeed.
At this time I am only taking on 8 new clients for competition coaching AND I’ll also be taking 5 additional clients for Lifestyle coaching (women who don’t necessarily want to compete, but want 16 weeks to make a complete change in their physique).
Space is limited so that I am able to give each woman the extensive personal attention she needs and so that she knows that I am available anytime she needs me.

Why I won't starve you to get results...
I have had several coaches over the years. I have met many women coached by big name coaches and teams. Here’s the difference…
I will be with you every step of the way. I will not have 40, 50 or I’ve even seen hundreds of girls in other coaches programs.
I also will not starve you to skin and bones, I will not prescribe you a cookie cutter meal plan that is typically mass produced without taking the individual into consideration. You will leave this experience maintaining a healthy relationship with food…something that a strict and standard coaching will strip you of.
Should you decide to compete, I will give you a strategy afterwards to ease back into your lifestyle eating without gaining the usual 30-50 pounds post show. This weight gain is typical with coaches who are prescribing meal plans of tilapia and asparagus for weeks on end.
Most coaches will tell you to “go back to your normal eating and have treats here and there”. That is careless and leaves you feeling overwhelmed and confused.
Here's what you might not know...
Having more muscle on your body burns more fat at rest
As you gradually add lean muscle to your body while also dropping body fat, you will actually burn MORE calories. Fat does not burn calories, MUSCLE does.
You’ll significantly tighten your belly and stomach area
By using resistance training you will create a tighter, firmer appearance all over. Specifically adding muscle to your butt and tummy will smoothen out the appearance of the overlying fat as it begins to decrease. Muscle is smooth and flat…fat is bumpy and lumpy. Your body will transform it’s look.
Muscle does not weigh more than fat
A pound of muscle and a pound of fat both weigh the same… a pound! However, muscle is more dense than fat and takes up waaaaay less space. Which means, as you build muscle and drop body your body fat levels, your will literally change your shape.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this come with personal training?
This is a mostly self-led program. I design each individual woman’s program custom tailored to her body and lifestyle and you go into the gym and implement it. As a part of my team of coaching clients we will meet 1x per month at my studio to go over some key exercises as well as discuss nutrition and any other hurdles you may be facing.
I’m afraid to lift weights and get bulky. Will I get huge?
No! This is probably one of my fave myths to dispel. As women, we do not have enough testosterone to get huge and bulky. I create your program based on your desires, genetic structure and what you’d like to achieve. You just have to trust the process!
How many hours of training will I have to devote to this program?
If you are completely new to weight training, like any new endeavor, the start will take some getting used to. When you get through your programs once you should be in and out of the gym in no more than an hour (this also depends on how busy your gym is!). Depending on my strategy for you, you may or may not have additional cardio added. You can expect to be in the gym no less than 3-4 days per week. This depends largely on your current workout regimen as well.
Can I do this program from home or do I have to have a gym membership?
It is highly suggested that you have a gym membership. However, if you have a pretty well equipped home gym, you may be able to do all of the workouts from home with some simple modifications. You will most certainly need access to a traditional 40-45 pound barbell, weight plates, dumbbells and some other machines that 99.9% of gyms have.
I love food (CARBS!!), will I have to diet?
I WANT you to have a healthy relationship with food. This is why I will NOT hand you a meal plan and tell you to only eat the 4-5 foods on there for 16 weeks. HELL NO. My strategy is considered “flexible dieting”. I’ll teach you how to do this. It will take us some trial and error, but ultimately you will be able to dine out and know what choices to make.
You can eat cookies, tortillas and rice and know that you can fit it into your flexible dieting tools. And, for the record, CARBS are not the devil. You NEED carbs to build good quality muscle. It’s the amount of carbs and type that most people get wrong. My nutrition philosophy is getting you eating at an 80/20 or 90/10 ratio of healthy nutritious foods to not so healthy foods.
This is realistic and sustainable for life. Trying to be perfect is NOT! If you decide to compete, as we get closer to your show, we tighten up your nutrition gradually so you don’t go crazy and feel deprived.
I always start a program, then I lose motivation and stop. How will this program be different?
The accountability DAILY to our private Facebook group is huge. Plus, my coaching program is exclusive and I do not take massive amounts of women. Which means, I’ll be looking for you in that forum. I also expect that you will check in with me every 2 weeks with new progress photos and an online questionnaire that let’s me know if you’ve done your workouts, eating your food, taken your supplements, etc.
Not to mention the team support and camaraderie is HUGE. Need a workout partner? I can bet that one of my clients would be glad to meet up and train with you for support and accountability.
How long is this coaching program and how much weight will I lose?
This round of my coaching is approximately 16 weeks and goes from Saturday, June 25th thru Saturday, October 15th. We will be in constant contact during this time, whether you choose to be a Lifestyle client or a competitor.
How much weight you lose is different for everyone. The effort you put in is the result you get out. I can’t predict your success and no good coach should ever make promises. What I can tell you is that the women who have done the work have emerged different versions of themselves.
I’ll let the photos of my clients above speak for themselves. Let’s also not forget that the scale is NOT the only marker for success. Dropping dress sizes, smaller clothing, looking tighter and firmer should be how you gauge your physical progress. Not to mention how strong you will feel, the energy you will have and the years you will ADD to your life.
