Welcome friends!! It’s another beautiful day to get a fresh and new workout in! 


When I travel I actually enjoy scouting out the hotel gyms. It gives me the opportunity to create workouts on the fly and, surprisingly most times leaves me super sore.


Do you typically workout on vacation or maybe business travel? I know a lot of gals that do and I’m sure you are one of them. Trust me, I love to relax on vacation but when you truly love exercising and it’s a part of your lifestyle, it never feels like work. Give it a shot! Make new habits 🙂


The beauty of this workout that I’ve got for you today is that you can also do it at home with a set of dumbbells if you don’t have a gym membership. 


You can substitute the machine exercises with dumbbells and get the same awesome workout.


Perform 8-12 repetitions of each exercise. You can use this as a post workout finisher, or do 3-4 rounds for a full body workout. Just take a minute rest in between sets to recover!

  • Bicep Curls
  • Squat and Overhead Press
  • Bent Over Row
  • Chest Press
  • Tricep Rope Pulldown
  • Dumbbell Lateral Raises
  • Front Raises
  • Overhead Press
  • Steering wheels
