Hotel Booty Workout

I’m weird and I LOVE hotel gyms. I’ve been traveling more than usual this year but I never let it stop me from getting a killer workout. Often I piece together a workout with just a few key items.

Side note, it’s always great when hotel guests are in the gym. I think they feel more awkward than I do when I’m filming and talking to myself (really talking to you guys!).

My bikini girls often stress because they aren’t sure what equipment they will have access to when traveling. Stress no more!

Even if you are a beginner, you can do this workout 1-2 times through. If you are intermediate to advanced make sure to pick up some heavier dumbbells and do 3-4 sets. Now go build that booty!

Perform 10-12 repetitions of each exercise. Make sure to rest 60 seconds between each full round.

  • 1 Legged Deadlift
  • Sumo Squat with a dumbbell 
  • 1 Leg Elevated Hip Bridge
  • Low Back Extension with rounded back

Focus on squeezing your butt with each move. You can even do this at the gym, it doesn’t have to be just a hotel workout. This routine can be done up to 3 times per week if you aren’t currently doing any weight training and want to start off with dumbbells.
