Margarita Massacre Full Body and Jump Rope HIIT

If you need a quickie workout this is a GREAT one. I was completely winded in this vid (pardon the terrible filming!).

Blast through this workout before you head out for your next Margarita 🙂

Attempt to get through 3 full rounds of this workout. If you can only do 1 then that’s ok too! Do your best.

Remember, doing something is better than doing nothing at all.

You’ll need:

  • 8-10 pound Dumbbells
  • Yoga Mat (optional)
  • Jump Rope (optional, can just jump in place)
  • Gymboss Timer (can download app on your phone)
