Peanut Butter Cookies (No one will know they’re healthy!)

Peanut Butter Cookies (No one will know they’re healthy!)

I love peanut butter. Let me rephrase that, I am obsessed with peanut butter. I feel bad for those who are allergic because it’s just pure yumminess.  Now, I’m not talking just any ol’ peanut butter. It has to be the real stuff. Not the waxy stuff that’s loaded with hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup. Luckily my daughter loves REAL peanut butter too. Or maybe it’s a bad thing. We go through a jar every 2 weeks 🙂 Anyhow, I was excited to find a KILLER recipe for Peanut Butter Cookies in Helen’s (The Dessert Angel) recipe book. You can find it on page 18 of her cookbook that you can get here. When bringing desserts to gatherings or parties, I always bring something that will be a healthier alternative to a “regular” version. What is even sweeter (pun intended) is that Helen has set up special pricing to make it easy to get her recipes today. ===> Get her delicious, healthy desserts <=== Special price ends soon! While I don’t suggest eating an entire plate of these cookies or dessert with every meal, the recipes in Helen’s cookbook will allow you to satisfy those pesky sweet cravings without sabotaging your nutrition goals. Oh and her Heavenly Recipes Guide includes delicious and healthy recipes in 7 categories: * Cookies * Itty Bitty Bites * Bars and Squares  * Mousses * Pies * Cakes * Toppings There you have it. Another Tasty Tuesday addition to your clean eating arsenal.  Hope you enjoyed! Keeping it clean one Tuesday at a time,  xoxo Diane PS- Don’t forget to print and shop for your ingredients!...
Mediterranean Lettuce Wrap

Mediterranean Lettuce Wrap

This wrap is savory and refreshing, and is the perfect meal to get you beach ready. I recommend roasting your own bell pepper, since most store bought roasted bell peppers are packaged in oil. To do so simply throw it on the grill until soft and then peel the skin after it cools. Share this:EmailPrintFacebookTwitterGooglePinterestLike this:Like...
