Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender in the following order: almond milk, water, fruit, protein powder, Stevia, flax meal, nut butter, ice, and spinach. Blend to a smooth consistency, about 1-2 mins. Pour into glass and serve!
Recipe Notes

Optional:

If this is your first time making a smoothie try adding a packet of Stevia to sweeten it a bit. Eventually, you won’t need the added sweetness and will enjoy the sweetness from the fruits!

Notes

*I like to pack it with spinach because it’s virtually flavorless. If this is your first time, try a smaller handful at first.

*Like with any smoothie, it takes a few tries to find the right consistency. Experiment with increasing/decreasing ice and water to your liking. Don’t give up!
