Ingredients
  • 1scoop UMP Vanilla Protein Powder (or similar)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1tbsp Coconut OilOR (natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • dash salt
  • 1/2cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2cup Water
  • 1tbsp Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • 2packets Steviaor a few drops of SweetLeaf Vanilla Stevia
  • Desired amount of ice

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

*Because spinach is flavorless, I like to also add that in. *Like with any smoothie, it takes a few tries to find the right consistency. Experiment with increasing/decreasing ice and water to your liking. Don’t give up!
