I love changing my workouts up. We never do the same workouts twice in the studio for our Goddesses. It’s always best to keep the body guessing so that you continually challenge yourself and your body.

In just a few simple exercises you can get a great upper and lower body blast workout. I like to keep it simple, use just a few exercises, and REALLY concentrate on excellent form.
