Skinny Goddess Adult Beverage for This Weekend‏

I always advise my Goddesses to greatly reduce or eliminate alcohol as much as possible when they are trying to lose fat.
I’m not entirely evil. Well, ok, sometimes when I’m brewing up some awesome workouts (insert Dr. Evil laugh here).

But let’s face it, there are going to be those occasions where you want to enjoy a ice cold adult beverage 🙂  I found a YUMMY, clean eating, skinny Goddess drink for you to brew up this 4th of July.
Ok, so Vodka isn’t a clean eating ingredient, but you get the point!
Skinny Goddess Mango Peach Cocktail

When choosing an alcoholic beverage, I always advise my gals to stay away from the sugary mixes. Those frozen drinks typically pack a huge punch of fat storing calories.

However, this Mango Peach SKINNY cocktail only has 95 calories per serving and has very minimal ingredients. Take the few extra steps to BYOB (bring your own beverage) to your gathering for July 4th. Print out recipe here.

This way you know exactly WHAT you are drinking, how many calories you’ll be consuming, and that you won’t be making a huge dent in your fat loss goals. Now, the challenge is to drink only 1!

There you have it. Another Tasty Tuesday addition to your clean eating arsenal. Hope you enjoyed!

Keeping it clean one Tuesday at a time,

xoxo
