A FREE Challenge geared to give you a real feel for a Goddess competitor lifestyle!

What is it?

Over the past 3 years I’ve been coaching every day women, just like you, to get on stage for a bikini or figure competition.

Heck, I myself have competed on stage 7x successfully and learned so much along the way.

Through my own personal experiences with lackluster coaching that left me starved, depleted and on a mental downward spiral, I made it MY mission to coach women the healthful “Goddess” way.

This 14 Day FREE Challenge will provide you with a great taste of what training is like, how to start eating like a competitor and how mindset is one of the key components to lasting success.

In an effort to get MORE women comfortable on the gym weight room floor, I am inviting you to join me for 14 days of training and also eating and thinking like a Goddess Competitor.

You’ll get an average of 10-12 workouts in over the 14 day challenge (mainly weight training but some HIIT cardio as well). This will likely be much different training that you are used to, but that’s ok because I’ll be in the private Facebook group the entire time to help you out!

Remember…in order to achieve something you’ve never had, you will have to do things you’ve likely never done before right!?

  • 14 Day Workout Calendar from June 6th-June 20th with some flexibility so you can make it work for your schedule (the goal is to get 4 weight training workouts per week and 2-3 cardio sessions per week).
  • My structured “Pre-Phase” program for upper and lower body training for the gym. Simplistic in nature, but VERY effective in building a solid foundation for your Goddess Competitor Physique
  • Food guide, meal plan outline and some killer recipes to jumpstart your nutrition
  • PDF Cardio guide for you to mix-n-match according to your preference

How this is delivered:

This challenge will be hosted in a private Facebook group.

Once you sign up HERE, you will receive an email from me with a link to download all of your training materials as well as a link to join the private Facebook group.

Upon being added to the group, make sure to introduce yourself! Post any and all questions in the group and we will collectively work through your new style of training together.

The purpose of this challenge is to educate women about weight training and, for those who are interested in competing, spread the message of HEALTHY contest prep to as many women as possible.

At the end of 14 days it is my mission to have empowered you to try something new, push past your fear of the weight room and realize that you have the potential at your fingertips to create whatever you desire for your physique…whether competing is your goal or not!
