Tricep Tamer

Flabby, saggy, loose, floppy…. These are all terms I’ve heard over the years as women describe the area on the back of their arms.

Doesn’t sound sexy does it?

First of all, don’t talk down about your body like that! Second of all, I have some great exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home to change those words to “tight, toned, firm, sculpted and SEXY”.

Perform 10 repetitions of each exercise. You can do 3 rounds and make sure to rest 60 seconds between each full round.

  • Chair Dips on the chair
  • Dancing Crab
  • Tricep Push Ups

Make sure that if your form starts to suffer you cut the reps short and move on to the next exercise rather than push forward and injure yourself.

This body weighted video is quick, easy and very effective. When ladies tell me they don’t have time to get to class to exercise or hit up the gym it makes me cringe. You don’t need fancy equipment to get the job done. You just need to do it!
